Edmonds, Wash. - Portland quarterback Russell Schneider threw for a team record 497 yards with five touchdowns and wide receive Nick Bodeman tied a team record with 243 receiving yards as the Monarchs ripped the Vikings 52-14 at Edmonds District Stadium.
Schneider also set a team record with 28 completions on 37 attempts and his six touchdown passes were one short of his team record of seven.
Portland (2-0) dominated from the onset and the game was never close.
